We are delighted to have been awarded the Customer Service Excellence standard, valid for three years, following extensive assessment.
The Customer Service Excellence standard aims to bring professional, high-level customer service concepts into common currency to help those delivering services put their customers at the core of what they do.
The standard has a particular focus on delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude. There is also emphasis placed on developing customer insight, understanding the user’s experience and robust measurement of service satisfaction.
