Chung Hok House is Pine Court’s sheltered scheme within the Anglican Cathedral Precinct. There are 38 one and two bedroom flats of which two are adapted for the disabled. Each flat has central heating, double‐glazing, a door entry system and an emergency pull cord alarm. There is a resident warden on the scheme who speaks several Chinese dialects as well as English. Tenants may use the communal facilities that include the lift, three lounges, a communal kitchen for catering for special events, a laundry, specially adapted bathroom for those who receive assistance and a hairdressing salon. Some residents meet up three mornings a week for tea and toast and there are various other informal gatherings to play Mah Jong or to chat.

The flats at Aigburth Vale are just off the edge of Sefton Park and minutes from the shops on Aigburth Road. At Rialto Place there are 4 one bed flats and 24 two bed flats. The flats are on the first and second floors above the shops. There is a door entry system, and a car park at the rear. Tenants of Rialto Place flats must be over 25, years of age and do not have children under 10 years old permanently living with them.
