We continuously review and survey the quality of our services in order to understand our customer’s needs and measure the satisfaction.

STAR Survey (Survey of Tenants and Residents)

To measure satisfaction with services and identify areas where improvements can be made, we follow the surveying model proposed by HouseMark – the STAR Survey.

The voluntary, self regulated survey helps us to understand how tenants regard us as an organisation, and what their priorities are. It also allows us to compare our performance with previous years, and other organisations.
