We have a Community Development Fund available to support small scale community projects that will enhance the quality of life for Pine Court Residents and make a real difference to the neighbourhoods where Pine Court Residents live.
A total of £10,000 will be available to Individuals, Residents Groups, Community Groups, Charitable Organisations or Social Enterprises working in areas where Pine Court Housing Association manages homes. Profit making organisations/individuals may not apply.
Projects may include physical improvements such as gardening projects and purchasing play equipment, or community projects with activities for young people, community fun days and luncheon clubs for older people.
Pine Court Housing Association has £10,000 available to fund Community Projects for 2019/20. No one project will be allocated more that 50% of the total amount of money available. Any bids requesting a large proportion of funding will need to show how they will significantly benefit Pine Court Housing Residents and the wider community.
The fund will not support on going office or management costs. In terms of staffing, the fund will not be used to support salary costs for employees but will pay for staff time in delivering sessional activities for example football/basketball coaching or dance classes.
The fund is also unable to support any items for Pine Court Residents that should be covered under their service charges nor can the fund support projects that will increase the value of an individual’s property.
All projects awarded funding must be delivered by 31st March 2021.
Download the Pine Court Community Development Application Form, alternatively call the office for more information and to ask any questions.
