This estate is located within the Anglican Cathedral precinct. It comprises of a series of two and three storey buildings. There are one and two bedroom flats, and three and four bedroom town houses. There is a communal parking area for residents use. The scheme is approximately five minutes walk from China Town and ten minutes walk from the City Centre.
