Independent Living

At Pine Court Housing Association we believe in providing inclusive housing services to all. Our Independent Living accommodation provides assistance to individuals who may require more support to live in their homes.

We have two Independent Living schemes, Chung Hok House and Aigburth Vale.

Chung Hok House

Built in 1993, Chung Hok House was our first Sheltered Accommodation scheme.

Located within the Anglican Cathedral Precinct, 38 one and two-bedroom apartments were purpose built and include central heating, double glazing, a lift, door entry system and an emergency pull cord alarm. Apartments are also suitable for those with disabilities.

Our multilingual staff are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm to support with translation where needed and customers are encouraged to use communal facilities including lounges, a kitchen to cater for special events, laundry, and hairdressing salon.

Aigburth Vale

Located off the edge of Sefton Park just minutes from Aigburth Road, 12 one-bedroom apartments include central heating, double glazing, a lift, small car park, door entry system and an emergency pull cord alarm.

Our Aigburth Vale scheme is available for those aged 55 and over.
