At Pine Court Housing we believe in offering services that ensure older and vulnerable people and their families can enjoy their homes and live fulfilling lives without having to worry about being alone or unable to cope.
L1 – Chung Hok House
Chung Hok House is our sheltered scheme within the Anglican Cathedral Precinct. There are 38 one and two bedroom flats of which two are adapted for the disabled. Each flat has central heating, double‐glazing, a door entry system and an emergency pull cord alarm. We have bi-lingual housing staff who work at Chung Hok House and speak several Chinese dialects as well as English.
Tenants may use the communal facilities that include the lift, three lounges, a communal kitchen for catering for special events, a laundry, specially adapted bathroom for those who receive assistance and a hairdressing salon. Some residents meet up informally to play Mah Jong or to chat.

L17 – Aigburth Vale
The flats at Aigburth Vale cater for anyone over 55 years of age. They are located just off the edge of Sefton Park and minutes from the shops on Aigburth Road. There are 12 one bedroom flats all with double‐glazing and central heating as well as an emergency pull cord alarm system. There is a lift, a door entry system and a small car park which has recently been fitted with a security gate.
