Welfare Reform changes affect people who currently claim benefits.
Changes include:
- Bedroom Tax
- Benefit Cap
- Changes to council tax benefit
David manages the Housing Services Team and is responsible for all of Pine Court’s operations. He is also responsible for the development of strategies for the provision of effective and co-ordinated services to our customers.
Shaun manages all tenancy matters for tenants living in Wirral. Shaun will also be your Housing Officer if you live in the Liverpool 1 or 8 districts (including Chung Hok House but excluding Pine Mews and the Rialto blocks).
His duties include dealing with anti-social behaviour, resident involvement, allocations and lettings and environmental issues. He is also responsible for dealing with tenant rent and service charge account issues.
David is responsible for all neighbourhood and housing related functions across our properties and communities. His role includes working with and supporting our diverse range of customers with any issues they may have relating to their home and tenancy. He also works with our community partners and agencies to deliver various projects and initiatives in the local Chinese and general communities.
Wilson provides housing and administration support to the Team and deals with customer enquiries and he also provides general re-housing advice to applicants.
He also provides bi-lingual services to support our customers at Chung Hok House.
