Surveys and Tenant Satisfaction

We recognise that our customers can help to shape our services, and this is why we conduct surveys to understand how we are performing.

These voluntary, self regulated surveys help us to understand how customers regard us as an organisation, what their priorities are and how we meet their needs. 

To measure satisfaction and identify areas where improvements can be made, we follow the HouseMark approved STAR Survey.
