- Find out how satisfied you have been with the level of services you have received from us over the last twelve months.
- Gather your suggestions on how we can continue to improve and enhance our services.
The results from this survey will be reported to the Regulator of Social Housing and this will help assess how well we are doing at providing good quality homes and reliable services across our communities. By sharing your thoughts, you are helping us to maintain the highest standards for all our customers.
