Have your say and complete the satisfaction survey today!

November 19, 2025

We want to ensure that the services we deliver are accessible, inclusive and exceed the expectations of our valued customers.

With this in mind, we will be contacting you shortly to invite you to complete our 2025/26 tenant satisfaction survey. This is an opportunity for you to provide valuable feedback and to share your experiences with us.

The survey is designed to:

  • Find out how satisfied you have been with the level of services you have received from us over the last twelve months.
  • Gather your suggestions on how we can continue to improve and enhance our services.

The results from this survey will be reported to the Regulator of Social Housing and this will help assess how well we are doing at providing good quality homes and reliable services across our communities. By sharing your thoughts, you are helping us to maintain the highest standards for all our customers.

Take part to win!

As a thank you, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw, to be in with the chance to win one of three prizes.

  • First prize: £50 Love2Shop voucher
  • Second prize: £30 Love2Shop voucher
