At Pine Court Housing Association, we believe everyone deserves a welcoming and inclusive home. That’s why we’re proud to continue our strong commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community, a dedication that’s been recognised through our achievement of the Navajo Charter Mark for over four years.

The Navajo Charter Mark, championed by In-Trust Merseyside and supported by vital LGBTQIA+ community networks, is more than just an award. It signifies our deep understanding of the specific needs, issues, and barriers faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals, and our commitment to best practices in addressing them. We were thrilled to first receive this esteemed mark in 2021.

Maintaining our high standards: reassessment time

To maintain the high standards set by the Navajo Merseyside Charter Mark, a review is conducted every two years. Having proudly held the mark for four years, it’s now time for our reassessment. A successful re-accreditation will be a significant achievement in our continuous journey towards becoming an even more equal, diverse, and inclusive housing provider for both our customers and our colleagues.
