In 2024/2025, we received 9 ASB cases, and our commitment to responsiveness is:
- 100% of those reports received a response within 24 hours. We know that a prompt response can make all the difference when you’re experiencing ASB.
- Customers reported 82% satisfaction with our approach to handling anti-social behaviour*
- 87.8% of customers expressed satisfaction that we make a positive contribution to their neighbourhoods.*
*Tenant perception taken from the Tenant Satisfaction Measure surveys
What our customers say:
“Since Pine Court intervention, it has been so peaceful in the street.”
“What they did was amazing for our family. It was what we needed, and it has made me a better mum to my children and brought the family closer.”
“Neighbours in the street all confirm how safe the neighbourhood has become.”
