At Pine Court Housing Association, our core mission revolves around you, our customers. Your satisfaction is one of the important measures of our success. That’s why we’re delighted to share our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) results for 2024/25!

These results offer a clear and transparent look at how we’re performing across a range of vital services.

The Tenant Satisfaction Measures are more than just statistics; they are a direct reflection of your experiences and opinions. They are a crucial tool, introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing, to help you hold us accountable and ensure we’re delivering the high-quality homes and services you deserve.

A glimpse at our 2024/25 performance

We are committed to being transparent about our performance. Here are just a few highlights from our 2024/25 TSM results:

  • Overall satisfaction: We’re pleased to report an 90.1% overall satisfaction rate from our customers for the services provided by Pine Court Housing dedicated team.

 

  • Safety first: Ensuring you feel secure in your home is crucial. We achieved 91.6% satisfaction with customers feeling that Pine Court provides safe homes, alongside 100% completion rates for critical safety checks like gas, fire, and asbestos.

 

  • Caring for your home: A significant 91.5% of our customers were satisfied with the overall repair service. With 100% of emergency repairs completed within target timescale.

 

  • Listening and acting: While there’s always room to grow, 81.9% of the customers feel that Pine Court listens to their views and acts upon them, and 91.6% agree they are treated fairly and with respect. This underscores our dedication to responsive and respectful engagement.

These results are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team, from our housing officers to our repairs partner; Sovini Property Service and everyone in between.
