What does the survey include?
The survey has been designed to find out how satisfied you are with the services you have received in the last twelve months, and if there are any suggestions you have for improvement.
It takes ten minutes to complete and involves answering a series of questions.
Why should I complete the survey?
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and by completing the survey, we can ensure you value the services we deliver.
Everyone who takes part in the survey will be entered into a draw to win one of three cash prizes:
- First prize: £50
- Second prize: £30
- Third prize: £20
How can I complete the survey?
You can complete the survey online, by phone or in-person.
Our friendly team will be in touch soon by email, text message, phone call or in-person to request your feedback.
When is the survey live?
The survey opens on the 18th of September 2023 and will close on the 13th of October 2023.
