Value for Money (VFM) is a high priority for us, and through the collaboration and innovation of our people, from colleagues to customers, we have developed a robust strategic plan to achieve excellence in the services we offer across the following objectives:

We undertake an annual assessment to compare our costs and performance, both regionally and nationally, and to ensure VFM is embedded into our culture.
