Pine Court Housing Association is open to collaborating with other housing providers to conduct a thorough audit of social housing in England. We believe that such a collaborative effort would provide valuable insights into the state of the sector and inform future policy decisions.

We have are committted to providing housing solutions to meet the needs of our communities. We believe that by combining our expertise and resources with other housing providers as necessary, we can collectively address the challenges facing the social housing sector and deliver high-quality, affordable homes for our communities.
Our developments include Tunstall Street, Liverpool, a development of 20 Rent to Buy properties. We have also taken our first steps into Shared Ownership, with four properties at Halis Court, Hale Village, Liverpool – modern, three-bedroom semi-detached houses in a stunning contemporary living location.
