Better Social Housing Review | 6
Recommendation 6
Housing associations should develop a proactive local community presence through community hubs which foster greater multi-agency working
What Pine Court Housing Association has done to date
-
Agile working
- The COVID-19 pandemic brought about a significant shift in working and living habits. Many people found themselves working remotely from home, and social interactions were greatly reduced. As businesses and individuals adapted to these changes, new ways of working and interacting emerged.
Digital communications
- One notable change was the increased reliance on digital communication. Online meetings, video calls, and email became essential tools for staying connected. However, as we continue to adapt to our customers’ needs, it has become evident that there is an increased demand for face-to-face interactions.
Customer Support Directory
- We actively promote our customer support directory, which signposts to local support services across all boroughs we operate in. We understand that reaching out can be difficult, which is why we created this resource to make it easier for those in need to access the help they deserve.
- Our support guide can be found HERE.
- We have also established Neighbourhood Surgeries in Liverpool and Wirral.
