Housing associations should support tenants and frontline staff to undertake an annual review of the progress each organisation is making in implementing this review’s recommendations.
What Pine Court Housing Association has done to date

To ensure that we are making consistent progress in implementing the recommendations of the Better Social Housing Review, we will add a dedicated review point to the quarterly Customer Empowerment Panel agenda. This will allow us to closely monitor our progress and identify any potential challenges or roadblocks.
Annual reviews are carried out by frontline staff and service area leads of areas within their responsibility. Progress against performance is communicated and scrutinised by customers quarterly as part of our Customer Empowerment Panel agenda. Annual updates will be provided to customers as part of the Policy and Strategy Review Group.
