As part of The Sovini Group, we are delighted to have retained our Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation following a re-certification audit in March.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do and these audits help us to identify where we are doing well and what we can improve upon.
At Pine Court Housing Association we continually strive for customer service excellence and thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team, we have successfully retained the CSE accreditation.
The CSE accreditation aims to make a tangible difference to service users by encouraging organisations to focus on their individual needs and preferences. In order for an organisation to be recognised as achieving Customer Service Excellence they must be successfully assessed against the five criteria of Customer Service Excellence: Customer Insight, Culture of Organisation, Information and Access, Delivery and Timeliness and Quality of Service.
Assessors noted our work ethic across the Group, acknowledging that;
“They are more determined than ever to prove their quality of service through involving customers, partners and all staff to ensure quality service is provided to all.”
