Since it was formed in March 1986, Pine Court Housing Association has celebrated many successes to secure its place as a leading BME registered social landlord.

- June 2019 – Named Most Inspiring Housing Provider at the Inspire Awards
- April 2019 – Retained ISO 9001 ISO14001 ISO 45001 Standards
- February 2019 – £6m affordable rent scheme is launched
- June 2018 – Retained ISO 9001 ISO14001 ISO 45001 Standards
- May 2018 – Named Leading BME Organisation by 24 Housing at the Diversity in Housing Awards
- November 2017 – Retained ISO 9001 ISO14001 OHSAS 18001 Standards
- August 2017 – Visit by Chinese Consul General
- May 2017 – Pine Court signs the Migrant Pledge (a three-point promise to provide fair treatment to migrants)
- February 2017 – Chung Hok House receives £480,000 refurbishment
- August 2016 – A new 18 apartment development, Phoenix Mews, is launched
- May 2016 – Named Small Social Landlord of the Year by Housing Excellence
- April 2016 – Retained ISO 9001 ISO14001 OHSAS 18001 Standards
- March 2016 – Celebrates 30th anniversary
- October 2015 – Achieved Customer Service Excellence Standard
- June 2015 – Recruited our first apprentice on a two year apprenticeship

- 2009 – Welcomed their first tenant Board member
- 2004 – Awarded the Pearl Award for Business Enterprise which recognises and celebrates the achievements of the Chinese community in Britain
- 1996 – Pine Court’s new office premises on Nelson Street are completed
- 1993 – Chung Hok House, Pine Court’s supported living scheme is completed
- 1989 – Pine Court’s first new build scheme is completed providing 24 brand new homes
- March 1986 – Pine Court officially registers as a Housing Association
